Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Item may be exchanged for another size if the product doesn't fit your dog, and no other reason. Please return the item within seven days of delivery (the buyer pays shipping fees). The price difference will be charged or refunded to the Buyer at I Love My Dog's discretion. If you need to cancel your order, please do so at own risk as soon as possible. Preferably within 12 hours of making order.
